If you wish to speak about a serious wellbeing or other ‘delicate’ matter relating to your child, either in or outside school, you can ask to speak to the Principal. If he is unavailable at the time, he will ring back as soon as he can.
If you wish to make a formal complaint about a staff member or school procedures, you can do so using the Department of Education and Community’s official procedures – information and forms are available at the school office. It is preferable, however, to contact the Principal first – he will certainly follow things up for you.
