Preparing for the day

Students should set themselves up for success by;

• making sure their bag is packed with everything they need for the following day

• making sure their uniform is clean and ready

• shutting off any screens at least an hour before bed (and keeping these out of their bedroom)

• avoiding food and drink with caffeine and sugar in the evening

• getting to bed early (they should be getting at least 8-10 hours of sleep each night)
