HRS 1.7 Observational Feedback

Individual feedback:

• Student Council Homecoming recognitions, Weekly video announcements, Friday 5, Math Department Student of the Month recognition
• I think everything is really going great! So happy to see BHS moving in a positive direction!!!! Thank you!!!- davis
• Fabulous Faculty, Friday Five, Renaissance Awards, Celebrations during faculty meetings, Teacher Appreciation
• Friday 5 has been a great addition! I think the math department had a good idea with the student of the week last year and should consider bringing it back.
• shout outs, announcements, fab faculty
• I think that the school and admin have done a good job of moving towards recognizing accomplishments, and there is room for further improvement.
• I think it is definitely better, but I think more academic recognition is needed. I have spoken to Mr. lewis about having a bulletin board dedicated to students who achieve honor roll for a semester. I am hoping to have the bulletin board up in a few weeks.
• I'd like scholarships and acceptance for colleges to reappear as being visible to all individuals.
• Students are nominated each week as well as faculty and announced on Mondays.
• I get to see the Fabulous Faculty and Friday 5 nominations weekly so I know others are being recognized!
• Support staff i do not know if any have been celebrated,.give that a 1 school i think we do a good job on 5
• I feel that the school does a pretty good job of recognizing accomplishments.
• The Renaissance group and the Friday Five have been outstanding mechanisms for student achievement.
• I like the jeans day for teachers to help with PBIS funds-students listen and congratulate students receiving. I also like recognizing fellow teachers.
• It appears that we are continuously working to find ways to celebrate all achievement in our school.
