Violet Noise has numerous music, personal, and social benefits. Performing in front of others, even as part of a group, can significantly increase confidence and self-esteem. Violet Noise fosters collaboration and communication, teaching valuable teamwork and social skills. In addition, singing in a group fosters a sense of community and belonging. It provides a safe space for emotional expression and connection with others through music.Â
