What is Forensics?
Forensics is a competitive speech team (think track and field, but for speech and drama activities). Forensics students choose from a variety of speech and drama events to prepare and take to competitions at area schools. Events are judged and scored. Events include persuasive and informative speaking, individual and duet acting, storytelling, and additional debate activities.
When does Forensics meet?
During Forensics season, we will meet weekly after standard school hours.
How does Forensics benefit students?
Participating in Forensics won't just make students better speakers, it will make students better thinkers, readers, writers, performers, and person. Forensics will help them make friends and it also looks great on a college application.Â
