A Few Reminders Regarding your Dedham Email Account:

Email job-related facts and schedule items (keep it short – 1 to 2 paragraphs)
Refrain from emailing confidential information regarding your students
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a law that protects the privacy of student education records
Avoid use of your personal email accounts to correspond with parents
Draft emails with care
All email received from and sent to a DPS email account are archived
