The students will create a family tree with the roles and responsibilities of each member.
Students will show responsibility in different areas of their lives to increase awareness of personal characteristics and abilities.
Students will actively incorporate their acquired knowledge and skills to the different communities.
Students will take on different roles and carry out tasks in different communities.
Students will take an inventory of their environment and then list the areas they have influence over.
Voice: What did you enjoy about today’s lesson? Co-creating the classroom expectations through modeling. Given options for learning. Students ask questions that can lead to personal growth.
Choice: Provide different options of activities in the free choice centers. Visual reminders for classroom expectations. Create a digital choice board.
Ownership: Creating responsibility and accountability by assigning jobs to help assist throughout the classroom. Connect new skills to the real world (generalization).
Make personal connections to make a memorable experience, laugh with students, and make the best of virtual learning.
Form: Everything has a form with recognizable features that can be observed, identified, described, and categorized.
