PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES
We would like to formally invite you to our Parent Teacher Conferences. This year, conferences will be held November 20th and 21st. Conferences will be 7 minutes long with a 3 minute passing in between. Conferences will be in person this year.
November 20: 11:00 AM-4:00 PM and 5:00 PM-8:00 PM
November 21: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
Conference Scheduling:
You can begin scheduling conference times on Monday November 6, 2022 at 8 AM. The scheduling window will close on Friday, November 17, 2022 at 11:55 PM.
Parent portal account in PowerSchool (PS) will be used as the login credential for this year. So, if a parent has a portal account in PS, then their PTC username and password will be their PS Parent Portal Username. Go here to access PTC scheduling https://app.ptcwizard.com/dms300/login
If you do not have a PS portal account, then your PTC Login Credential will be the parent internal id in PS, (for instance – Parent41269, hence username will be Parent41269, and password – Parent41269). It should also be noted that this is a fixed format and there is no ability for you to change their password in PTC Wizard.

If you have children in multiple schools, please know that each school has its own individual URL address. The username and password is your PowerSchool Parent Portal Username - all lowercase), but the web address is different for each school site.
If you are switching between URL addresses when scheduling conferences with two or more different schools, it is important that you close the web browser and then access the site again.
District employees that are also parents, like others, should use their PowerSchool Parent Portal username as both the username and password (not their district log-in) to access the Parent site when scheduling conferences in PTC Wizard.
