Pokémon Club had its December meetings with great student turnout! The kids all received Pokemon card packs for writing and decorating Pokemon holiday cards to gift to senior citizens as part of the PBIS goal. Some even gave duplicate Pokémon trading cards from their packs to other students or made trades. The students had a lot of fun talking about Pokémon and trading cards.
Also, A HUGE THANK YOU to Mr. Brady Comenduley (pictured below) who works for The Pokemon Company International. He donated a lot of Pokemon goodies for the students at our December 21st meeting before the holiday break. These items were either gifted to all of the students, raffled off, or saved to use for future meetings. He also wrote a sweet letter to the kids that you can view here. The students all signed a thank you card that will be gifted to him!
Anyone with an interest in Pokémon is welcome to stop by! We ask that all rides be at Dundee Middle School by 4:30 P.M. to pick up any students who stay after school. All of our meeting dates and times are in the Pokémon Club folder on the DMS Student Information Schoology page here: Pokemon Club.
Our meeting schedule is also pictured at the bottom of this page! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Mrs. Pingitore or Mrs. Hoppes!
