Vision Referrals - all of the required vision screenings have been completed for the year. If you received a vision referral for your student and have not taken them in for an eye exam, please do so. If you require any assistance with an eye exam, please contact the nurse as resources are available. 224-484-4511 or 224-484-4638.
6TH Grade Dental Exams are due by May 15th. Please turn into the nurses as soon as possible! Email reminders will go home to those who have not already done so.
