Greater Family Health Dental will be at DMS on December 5th and 6th. A dental exam is a requirement for all 6th grade students, but the clinic will be available for anyone. Consent forms here will be in the FRONT OFFICE and the NURSE'S OFFICE and must be completed in advance.
