Grace Lee was a member of the CHS Music Department throughout her four years in high school. She sang in the Concert Chor and played flute in the Concert Band. Grace also played in the marching band, which she states was her favorite memory of her time in the music program. She also played in the Flute Ensemble, which included community service holiday performances at various senior homes and centers in the Cresskill Community.
After graduating from Cresskill, Grace went on to Emory University where she graduated in 2014. She is currently attending Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School with an anticipated graduation date of 2022.
Grace’s love of music has never left her as she seems to always be singing - she reports that she finds herself singing in the car, singing in the shower and even singing to her dog during hikes! She keeps her instrumental skills in tact by entertaining her grandparents on the piano. Grace also shows off her dance moves at her family and friends’ weddings by doing the “Thriller Dance” that she learned for our Michael Jackson themed marching band show in 2009.
