In 1967, Truett Cathy founded the very first Chick-fil-A fast-food restaurant in Atlanta's Greenbriar Mall. Chick-fil-A has grown into a wildly successful brand and has achieved the best customer satisfaction score in the fast-food industry 9 years in a row. Chick-fil-A's fans rave about the chain's customer service, polite employees, cleanliness and unfailing hospitality is a huge part of the success. Little things like being told 'please' and 'thank you' — it feels like you're appreciated as a customer and a human being at Chick-fil-A, and especially in today's very complex world, it's nice to be able to go to a place where you feel appreciated. Truett Cathy, founder of Chick-fil-A, lived his life verse to build his success through living his life under this commitment of Proverbs 22:1 - "A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches, and favor is better than silver or gold."
