Purpose of Supervisor:
Effectively leads the Restaurants Day to Day Operations in all areas of Operational Excellence, Food Safety, and Team Member Experience
Trains, Develops, & Support Team Leaders and Trainers foundation of leading operations through zone leadership, executes systems, policies, & procedures (organized shifts)
Supports the vision, values, and culture of the business
Leads a group of 20-40 employees from both FOH & BOH
Responsibilities:
Continue coaching current employees (CBA standards and HIGH-FIVE values)
Coaching and responsible for Team Leaders and Trainers (WHO Chart Relations)
Creating a positive culture of care, celebration, challenge, and growth
Oversight and execution of Systems Completion (Jolt, CBAs, Daily Safe, ERQA, etc)
Preform 12+ CBAs per quarter at the partner/promote level
Ensures Execution of Winning Hearts Everyday strategy
Clean & Safe Environment

Evolves and executes DT play with excellence
Leverage & Re-articulate CEMs
Completes Excellent walks in Front and Back of House to ensure proper procedures are being followed
Oversee drawers being counted down correctly and aware of Cash over/short (cash accountability)
In charge of overall shift front to back (day to day operations)
Creating Game Plans, knowing numbers before shift starts (Good to Great Shifts)
Problem solve bottlenecks as the occur, seeing the bigger picture of the shift
Ensures stewardship of restaurants resources
ServSafe Certified
Lead DAILY huddles to set goals, engage team members, and set expectations (6Es)
Assist Directors in plan execution to ensure overall business health and growth
