Everyone knows how important Team Members are to delivering an amazing Customer experience. However, Team Members, just like everyone else, may face personal life challenges, mental health struggles or work-life balance issues that can affect how they engage with each other and with Customers. You never know what someone might be going through, which is why building a culture of care in the workplace is a priority.
