The purpose of these tools is to establish & maintain unmistakable clarity on our standards & expectations regarding team member behaviors & streamline avenues of peer-to-peer coaching, opening up the dialogue for the pursuit of excellence.
There are 7 zones within the restaurant that break down into a total of 18 operational roles for which we have expectations & this is a comprehensive list of the key behaviors for successful execution for those roles. Additionally, there are team assessments which provide insight into the broader expectation for the guest experience itself. Again, this focuses on specific behaviors.
