Purpose of Team Leader:
To assist Leadership in shift execution through zone leadership to ensure goals and standards are met
Coaches TMs to CBA Standards and HIGH-FIVE Values to ensure guest receive REMARKable experiences

Able to lead a group of 15+ people
Responsibilities:
Role Model and uphold WE-GET-IT & HIGH-FIVE Values
Coaches Trainers and TMs to CBA standards
Know CEM scores and weekly wins to properly engage TMs
Solve customer problems (HEARD Model)
Complete 12+ CBAs per Quarter
Assist in break management
Being an added Leader during peak times (zone leadership)
Lead Zone Huddles to give TMs positive & corrective feedback
Assist Supervisors to ensure flawless transitions
Ensure Stewardship of Restaurant Resources
Ensure Healthy Communication between both Front & Back of House
Systems Execution (Jolt, Timers, Daily Safe, ERQAs, etc)
Keep TMs productive (delegate tasks)
Cash Management
Access to Inform in order to Open and Close the day
