1.   Complete Onboarding

• Purchase Texas Food Handlers Certification course 

  • • • • (Food Handlers Card Link)

• Purchase all black NON-SLIP/OIL-RESISTANT shoes (any brand)

  • • • • Recommendations: www.shoesforcrews.com or Sketchers - both have Chick-fil-A Discounts

• Complete all of the required hiring paperwork online, sent directly to the email address employee applied with. 

• Items to Submit Prior to Orientation:

  • • Digital Forms of ID to complete I-9 paperwork from website (must be a clear & up close photo). Most common IDs are: Government Photo ID & Social Security Card or Birth Certificate, Passport or Permanent Resident Card only

    • Digital Photo of Food Handlers certificate - must be current and not expired

    • Set aside $50 for uniform usage fee; this is non-refundable (deducted from first paycheck)

2.   Complete Orientation 1.0 

1. • 1. • Scheduled for the Saturday prior to beginning 3H Week (2 hours)

        • Chick-fil-A loaner polo, nametag, and 3H Week schedule are provided during this time

        • Orientation 1.0 (English) or Orientation 1.0 (Spanish)

3.   Complete assigned 3H Week training schedule

1. • 1. • 100% attendance and on time for each shift

        • In uniform (black pants and shoes, nametag, red Chick-fil-A polo, pen, and smile)

          • • FOH - positions assessed in are Dining Room Champion, OMD, Mobile Runner

            • BOH - positions assessed in are Dining Room Champion, Machines, Secondary

4.   Complete 3H Week review at end of trial with a Talent Supervisor (Thursday)
