What is the CARES Cash Program? 

The CARES Cash Program is designed to recognize Chick-fil-A Team Members and Trainers who have gone above and beyond in exemplifying the various components of the Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy. This program is focused around positively reinforcing our culture of Winning Hearts Every Day.  This program has an award incentive attached to it in which, when an employee demonstrates an act of going above and beyond in alignment with the WHED strategy, we want to recognize you for this. When an employee reaches a milestone of 5 stars signed off on their card, then they have the option to participate in that month's raffle for the CARES Cash Prize, valued at up to $200, or save it for additional chances in the next month's drawing.  Past prizes include Airpods, gift cards, PTO hours, tickets to amusement parks, and more. When a card has reached all five stars, the employee will receive a new card and can work towards their next award.
