Purpose of Director:
Leads the restaurant in all areas of Operational Excellence emphasizing Food Safety, supports Executive Team in driving restaurant vision, values, culture, and results through WHO Chart relationships
Influences Team Members to achieve success by embodying & protecting our restaurant's vision and values
Focused on equipping leaders with consistent encouragement, coaching, and accountability
Leads the execution of leadership engagement, talent investments, quality & customer experience, sales and brand growth, and financial return for their assigned area of the business (5CSFs)
Responsibilities:
Embody & Strengthen Culture by role modeling and upholding WE-GET-IT values
Supporting/Developing Leadership through WHO Chart relationships
Invest time between operations support, leadership/team member development, and growth driving initiatives in their assigned areas:
40 - 50 hrs. worked per week (additional hours may be required based on business needs)
30 hrs. per week operational (floor time coaching & development) (up to 10hrs positional)
Up to 10 hrs. per week Admin in CSF (NO IN-RESTAURANT ADMIN FRI & SAT) (ADMIN HOURS MUST BE LOGGED)
1 owned business day Mon - Fri (Full presence 10am - 8pm)
2 PM shifts worked weekly (until 8PM)
1 Saturday per month required
Schedules must be in Hot Schedules 2 weeks in advance
