3H Week and New Hire Role
You will be assigned (4) 3 hour training shifts as you begin your Chick-fil-A journey.
Requirements:
Must adapt quickly to the pace of the restaurant and embody a spirit of hospitality to your fellow team members and guests!
Consistently exhibits coachable attitude and energetic
Show up to work early (zero late punches)
In 3H Week uniform (nametag, provided red polo, black pants, and shoes, pen, smile, etc.)
Will be evaluated on the characteristics of Hospitality, Hustle, and Humble at end of 3H Week
Team Member Role
You will be assigned training shifts as you begin your Chick-fil-A journey.
Requirements:

Certified Team Member Role
Demonstrates a consistent positive attitude, shows a hard working spirit, shows a commitment to Chick-fil-A policies and procedures, understanding of right from wrong, sets the example for a model team member!
Trainer Role
Demonstrates a consistent positive attitude, shows a hard working spirit, shows a commitment to Chick-fil-A policies and procedures, understanding of right from wrong, sets the example for a model team member!
Direct Reports: ability to lead 1 on 1
Team Leader Role
Demonstrates ability to run shifts, makes wise decisions when handling guest's concerns, takes initiative to solve problems, has an understanding of cash management, understands policies and can effectively use disciplinary write ups.
Direct Reports: ability to lead 5 team members, trainers
Supervisor Role
Demonstrates ability to run shifts at the highest level, makes wise decisions when handling guest's complaints, takes initiative to solve problems, has an understanding of Inform/cash management, understands policies of the handbook and can effectively use disciplinary write ups
Direct Reports: ability to lead 15 team members, trainers & team leaders
Director Role
Demonstrates a high level of integrity, shows follow-through with tasks given, can prove business results in area of responsibility, takes initiative to solve problems, understanding of business metrics, ability to create positive change through others, shows a level of commitment to team members, fellow leaders, and the business.
Direct Reports: ability to lead 25 team members, trainers, team leaders & supervisors
Executive Role
Demonstrates a high level of integrity, shows follow-through with tasks given, can prove business results across entire organization, takes initiative to solve problems, understanding of business metrics, ability to create long-term positive change through others, shows a level of commitment to team members, fellow leaders, and the business.
