Purchase Texas Food Handlers Certification course (see link below)
Complete all of the required hiring paperwork online, sent directly to the email address employee applied with.
Items to Submit Prior to Orientation:
- - Digital Forms of ID to complete I9 paperwork from website (must be a clear & up close photo). Most common IDs are: Government Photo ID & Social Security Card or Birth Certificate, Passport or Permanent Resident Card only
  - Digital Photo of Food Handlers certificate - must be current and not expired
  - Set aside $50 for uniform usage fee; this is non-refundable

Orientation 1.0 date is scheduled with you via email message and takes place prior to 3H Week. If you are unable to attend this month, we will schedule you for the next available date, potentially one month later.
Items to Bring to Orientation 1.0:
- - Blue or Black Pen
Purchase all black NON-SLIP/OIL-RESISTANT shoes (any brand)
- - Recommendations: www.shoesforcrews.com or Sketchers both have Chick-fil-A Discounts
3H Week Training schedule will be communicated at Orientation 1.0

3H Week takes place immediately after Orientation 1.0 and runs from Tues-Thurs. You are scheduled for three (3) hour shifts in the positions of Dining Room Champion, OMD, and Mobile Runner for FOH or Dining Room Champion, Machines, and Secondary for BOH, and are evaluated on the values Hospitality, Humility, and Hustle.
- - Hospitality: Serving guests with care, genuine warmth; Core 4; warm welcome and fond farewell
  - Humility: Coachable; seeks and is receptive to feedback to improve; is a team player
  - Hustle: Moves fast but not rushed; moves with urgency
Items to Bring to 3H Week:
- - Blue or Black Pen
  - Nametag
  - Chick-fil-A red polo, black pants, and all black non-slip shoes
Your 3H Week training schedule is communicated at Orientation 1.0.

3H Week Review takes place on the last day of your 3H Week training, typically Thursday, and determines if you are a fit to conditionally onboard with Chick-fil-A Buda.
Items to Bring to 3H Week Review:
- - Blue or Black Pen
If passing, you will move forward to attend Orientation 2.0 scheduled for that upcoming Saturday
If not passing, you will turn in your red Chick-fil-A polo and nametag and final paycheck will be available for pick up
Orientation 2.0 is scheduled via email message

Orientation 2.0 date is scheduled with you via email message. If you are unable to attend this month, we will schedule you for the next available date, potentially one month later.
ALL Paperwork sent via email to your inbox needs to be completed prior to Orientation Class

  - Bring Food Handlers certificate
Training schedule will be communicated at orientation
If you do not bring these items to Orientation, you will have to wait until the next orientation date.
