I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming. Upon completion, I started teaching in Natrona County. I have since then received a Masters in Exceptional Children K-12 from UW. I have been in education since 2005.

I enjoy working with the staff who have a shared focus on helping students to achieve their full potential.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and being outside.

Kelsey Ludemann

Although a Nashville native, I received two Bachelor's Degree from Black Hills State University in 2015, one in Special Education K-12 and one in Elementary Education K-8. I spent four years teaching general education 3rd grade in Crook County School District before moving to Campbell County School District to teach 3rd and 4th grade special education and later, become a special programs case manager.

What I love about my role as a case manager is the opportunity to support students by empowering and equipping teachers, administrators, and staff to make the best, most informed decisions for student success.

Personally, I am never for a lack of interests! I have been married for 13 years, have a daughter and son, run a nonprofit, own two small businesses, teach yoga, and enjoy reading, traveling, and creating.

I attended Black Hills State University where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in K-12 Special Education in 2010. After teaching in special education for several years, I earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon State University in 2017. I’ve worked directly with students with special needs for over 15 years.

I have strong roots in our community and am blessed to work for the same school district that I attended. I enjoy the technical aspects of special education just as much as I love problem solving for each child and their family. Supporting families and their children as they navigate education is something I feel very passionate about.

My husband and I have two daughters and we enjoy spending time in our backyard, at our family ranch, and doing anything related to Harry Potter.

I received my bachelor's in psychology from the University of Wyoming and my master's in special education from Grand Canyon University. I previously worked at Campbell County High School for approximately 9 years as a special education teacher, and the last two years as the special programs department chair.

My favorite part of working in education is the opportunity to collaborate as a team.  Helping students and teachers find success is my goal.

I spend my free time with my wife and two boys.  My weekends are taken up with watching my sons play youth sports.  I am a huge fan of the Wyoming Cowboys and I try to get to Laramie as often as I can to watch a game in person.

I’ve been an educator for 29 years, with experience in both special education and general education across South Dakota and Wyoming.

This year, in my new role as a case manager, I’m enjoying collaborating with special education teams as we work with students and their families throughout the district.

My husband Eric and I enjoy camping, caring for our garden and pets, exploring new places, and working on home improvement projects.

Donna Tinsley

I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education K-6 from Birmingham Southern College and a Master’s Degree in Learning Disabilities P-12 from the Jacksonville State University. I have taught special education for twenty-seven years in Alabama, Georgia and Wyoming.

What I enjoy most about my profession is finding ways to help students be successful and advance in their learning. I believe that all students are valuable, capable and worthy of learning.  I believe it is our job as teachers to help students achieve their potential.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family. We like doing activities together and being creative.  We have two dogs and love animals.
