The Vocational and Transition Program at Campbell County School District is design to assist students and families as they begin the essential process of preparing students with disabilities for post-high school environments. Students and family are introduced to the adult service system for individuals with disabilities and helped to establish connections that will be important in their post-secondary transition. Campbell County School District works closely with the Department of Vocational and Rehabilitation Center, Social Security Administration, Department of Transportation, Wyoming Health, and community agencies to ensure students and families have the necessary information and skills to be well prepared in their post-high school living, learning, working, and leisure environments.
