Cara Binder
District Data Clerk
I have a Master's of Agriculture that I just completed in May of 2025, a Bachelor's of Science in Ag Business from the University of WY, completed in 2023, and three Associates from Gillette College in Agriculture, Ag Business, and Business. I have worked at CCSD previously as a Para and an Instructional Assistant and various other jobs in the Energy Industry, but mostly a Stay At Home Mom/Professional Chauffeur to my 4 children, the last 15-23 years, depending upon the child.
We raise horses, cattle, sheep, goats, rabbits, and pigs, but also have some various birds. My critters and children take up any spare time I might find, but that doesn't happen much. I do take time to hunt in the fall, but that is as much a necessity to feed the kids as it is enjoying my time outside.
I think that this is an important position, and with all the working parts of the department, one that is vital as the last point of ensuring a quality product that is presented to the families of these special students in the program, during times that can be very stressful for the families.

When we are not busy working my family enjoys hunting, fishing and watching my son play sports.
