Teacher for the Visually Impaired

The itinerant teacher for students with visual impairments (TVI) travels to the student(s) school. The TVI may provide direct or consultative services relating to visual impairments. The TVI also performs assessments, evaluations, and interprets medical eye reports.

Jerisha Ganske

I have a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and a Master's Degree as a Teacher For The Visually Impaired.  I did two years as a Resource Teacher and this is my second year as The Teacher of the Visually Impaired.

I enjoy working one on one with the students, and finding ways to make reading and classroom activities easier.

I raise and show Toy Australian Shepherds and Miniature American Shepherds. Additionally, I enjoy riding horses and spending time outdoors.
