Patient Portal (AMBRA) is where patients can log in to view: Exams, Reports, and Images. If issues accessing, this goes to the local service desk team at servicedesk@simonmed.com and risteam@simonmed.com
To access, go to Simonmed.com and click on Patient Portal tab. See images below.
Patients can also access their records and perform a forward of their report to their provider free of charge using Ambra on the SimonMed website. (We can still fax reports to their referring if they have not received it but it is an option that patient can forward the report).
Patient Self Service (OpenDr) is where patients can log in to view: Online paperwork, Appointments, Exam Prep and Schedule. If issues accessing, this goes to the local service desk and RIS team at servicedesk@simonmed.com and risteam@simonmed.com
To access, go to Simonmed.com and click on Schedule Online or Online Forms under the Patient Info dropdown. See images below.
PATIENT PORTAL (AMBRA)
When the patient enters the patient portal on SimonMed.com, there is now an area that will show Patient Records.
When the patient clicks on the Patient Records Portal, there is a new link (ambra.simonmed.com) for users to click on if they cannot log in. We should instruct patients to use this link for Ambra patient records.
If they can log in but can't see records or need other assistance with images/reports, we can submit a ticket on their behalf to Service Desk.
For Ambra or OpenDr user issues, all requests for troubleshooting will go to local service desk and RIS team, servicedesk@simonmed.com and risteam@simonmed.com They will route to the correct place.
