If you have a patient on the phone scheduling and they are concerned regarding their estimated amount due please offer the below, in addition if you have patients calling to cancel their exams due to the estimated costs please try your best to keep the appointment on the schedule by offering the below to the caller. Please reach out to your leadership with any questions.
These terms apply to patients who owe an amount due for their exam and express hesitancy to continue due to dollar amount.

If the exam is quoting $100 - $999 out of Goodvisit:
“SimonMed provides an interest-free payment plan. This can be set up at the front desk. Please note minimum payment will still be required at the time-of-service”
· 1 Month - TOS
o Minimum Balance Requirement: $100.00
o Maximum Balance Requirement: $799.00
o Initial Payment Requirement: 35%
· 2 Month - TOS
o Minimum Balance Requirement: $180.00
o Maximum Balance Requirement: $799.00
o Initial Payment Requirement: 35%
· 3 Month - TOS
o Minimum Balance Requirement: $260.00
o Maximum Balance Requirement: $799.00
o Initial Payment Requirement: 30%
· 4 Month - TOS
o Minimum Balance Requirement: $340.00

· 5 Month - TOS

If the exam is quoting $3000.00+ out of Goodvisit we will not offer a payment plan option but instead:
“SimonMed accepts CareCredit, which offers zero or low interest payment plans. If you do not already have CareCredit, you can apply quickly at CareCredit.com”
**Remember this payment option above can only be offered for patients with health insurance that show an estimated amount due from Goodvisit.
Self-Pay patents cannot be offered a payment plan but can be offered the website to apply for CareCredit, CareCredit.com
