It is extremely important when accessing patient records to execute our job that each MRN/Accession is treated with the utmost care. When in an account we must be precise with the information we are handling. We should be cross checking any documents we have to ensure fields match appropriately or engaging as active listeners so we can collect and input the information being communicated accurately.
