If you receive a call from a patient to schedule an exam and they mention a voucher from One Call that is though MDsave, you will schedule the patient as normal but the billing will go through One Call. The patient will provide you a Claim Number. This number will begin with numbers instead of letters. Patient have up to 1 year to use this voucher and they are aware of this.
