Please submit a ticket to Scheduling Escalations via email by listing the following.

In the SUBJECT LINE: Call Text - Stop
Please include the following information in the BODY OF THE EMAIL:
MRN
Patient Name
Patient phone number
Reason why the patient wants the reminders to stop
ONLY SEND ONE TICKET PER MRN REQUEST
Reminders will stop once the patient is scheduled
MARKETING CALLS
If the request is for marketing emails, please follow them below steps.
Tell the patient there is an option to unsubscribe on the email they received that will stop all marketing messages
If then patient insists the agent the agent remove them, tell the patient you will have them removed. Then send and email to marketing2@simonmed.com, cc your lead indicating the patient needs to be removed from the marketing list and give the patients first and last name.
