Kaiser Concierge Account

If you receive a call from a patient and their referring provider is from Kaiser Permanente, this is a Concierge Account. The orders will come with a coversheet (see below example) that states Kaiser Permanente. You must validate the linked order to see if it has this coversheet.  Then you will transfer the call to Concierge Scheduler Sabrina Gutierrez via Quick Connects in AWS.
