What is this training about?
This training is an introduction to New York State's Computer Science and Digital Fluency standards. These standards are meant to serve as a blueprint for producing flexible students who are equipped to succeed in a rapidly changing, technology-dominated career landscape. While it is true that New York State mandates the integration of these standards into our core instruction, they really do represent a lot of engaging opportunities to develop important skills while also challenging us and our students to examine our core content areas through exciting new lenses.
Why should I take it?
This training will introduce you to the CSDF standards so you can begin the work of integrating them into your core content curriculum.
