The ultimate goal of the Universal Design for Learning framework is learner agency, so it only makes sense to have some choice in how you take stock of your instructional practice. The goal here is to recognize the things you're already doing that are UDL-aligned. Below are three paths to help you find those things.
The first option is to explore this Padlet board, where many teachers from previous trainings have thought about and posted the UDL-friendly stuff they're already doing. If you see something you like, be sure to "like" it to move it up the list.
The second option is an article. It is specifically targeted to paraeducators, but the practices are universally applicable. Reading this article may remind you of or validate things you're already doing.
The third option is to chat with a Magic School bot, designed to help you tease out some examples of UDL practices that you already do but didn't label as such.
Of course, it will be helpful to be able to look at the UDL guidelines to help you contextualize these ideas. You can find them here. There is a lot of information here, but think of it more like a scavenger hunt than studying for a test!
