This week's eDoctrina tip is simple but powerful. We all know that little annoyances build over time and become huge bothers. That is the case when trying to find an assessment in eDoctrina using the search feature. We tend to remember parts of names of the assessments we need, but searching those parts don't yield the same quality results we would get from, say, Google searches. If you don't know the name of your eDoctrina assessment in perfect detail, you will struggle to find it.
One quick and easy change to your assessment can eliminate this struggle: tags! When adjusting the "general" settings of your assessment, you have an option to add tags. Tags are just additional search terms that make it easier to surface the right assessments based on the fragmented search terms you remember. You can add as many tags as you can dream up- add a tag for any way you anticipate people thinking of your assessment. Save yourself some frustration and add tags to your assessments today!
