What is this training about?
This self-paced training will examine artificial intelligence through the lens of NY’s new Computer Science and Digital Fluency standards. It will walk you through what artificial intelligence is, and give you the tools you need to have thoughtful, balanced conversations with peers and students about its place in education and society.
Why should I take it?
Artificial intelligence has been a hot topic of discussion in recent months, and has hit the education environment especially hard. How do we respond to students submitting work that was generated by AI? How do we recognize the new skill set that students may need in order to be successful in a rapidly evolving workforce? This training will help you examine AI's potential impact on how we meet NY's CSDF standards.
