Interview Guide

Having read the material, watched the video and listened to the sample interview (all on the previous page), it's time to prepare our own interview guide.

Your teacher will share a slide deck with you (you can see an example here).

In pairs, you will create a first draft of your interview guide which will be turned into a single interview guide for all students to use in their customer interviews.
