Dear Ms. Eshelman
During my time in Journalism I think I’ve become a good student journalist but I still definitely have so much more that I can learn. So far I learned that there are certain rules you DO NOT break and other not really rules but statements maybe? Where it depends on the situation. I think that this project brought out many different aspects of things that I have learned during this class. Such as the shots, such as a wide shot, close up, medium shot, and etc. I’ve learned to ask more important questions during the interviews. It also shows in the topics I picked and how well I go into information about it. My project demonstrates my understanding of the journalism ethics by not breaking them and showing my utmost respect and honesty. In this broadcast I have learned many different things. Such as it’s really important to have clean shots for a broadcast because even if it’s a little messed up it doesn't flow. This broadcast was about the art show at the middle school, it showcased many different categories of art done by many grades and also some art pieces done by many people. In this broadcast I wanted to learn more about people experiences with art and what motivated them. I think I got my answer everyone has a different motivation it could be a person, an artist, or a place, and that beautiful. So Thank you for helping and encouraging me to do so.
Sincerely,
Leah Galvin.
