Welcome to the Bolt Driver Newsletter! Every month we update you with the latest news, developments and changes to help you earn more, stay safe, and make the most out of your Bolt Driver App.
🏎️ Bolt: On the move is here!
Starting in May we’ve visited drivers in Nottingham and Leicester and spoke about the changes we made based on feedback from last year and listened to new feedback that we’ll begin working on to make the changes that are most important to you!
Keep an eye on your inbox, we’ll be making our way to a few more cities in June and you won’t want to miss your invite!
🥐Driver Breakfast Club | Bolt
We had a great morning connecting with the local driver partner community in Sheffield, sharing updates on safety and driving topics, and enjoying breakfast together. Check out the video recap. More events coming soon – stay tuned!
🚀 New Bolt Priority Category Test in London
We’re testing a new Bolt Priority category in the London area designed to boost your earnings during busy times! Riders will see this option during peak demand, and it’s priced higher than Standard—meaning more for you per trip. All drivers are automatically included, so just keep an eye out for Priority trip requests throughout the week. Want to opt out? You can do so anytime in your category settings.
🚘 Important Information : Mark “Arrived” Only at the Correct Pick-Up Location
To ensure a smoother experience, tap “Arrived” in the app when you are physically at the passenger’s exact pick-up point. Marking yourself as arrived too early can confuse riders and lead to delays or cancellations. Ensuring you’re at the correct location helps provide a smoother, more reliable experience for both you and your passengers. Let’s keep rides efficient and hassle-free—accuracy matters! Thank you for your continued professionalism and attention to detail.
