📅 Scheduled rides can boost your earnings!
Did you know that scheduled rides offer higher earnings? Bolt riders can now book trips up to 90 days in advance giving you Confirming scheduled rides is a great way to boost your earnings.
How to access a scheduled ride request:
On the home screen, tap 'Earn more' to access scheduled ride requests.
From there you'll be able to see the trip details including the earnings available for the journey!
Once accepted make sure you're online 60 minutes before the requested pick-up time.

🧾 How to find trip history and invoices
You can find trip history by navigating to the settings section of the app. Select ‘Account’ and then select ‘Driver Portal’. In the top right, click the button with 3 horizontal lines. You can now view your full trip history by pressing ‘My Trips’.

🚗 How to order signage
If signage is mandatory for your council, you can collect them from your nearest Bolt Hub or contact uk-signup@bolt.eu to make alternative arrangements.
In case of lost or damaged signage, please contact uk-signup@bolt.eu to request replacements.
Replacement signage costs are:
£10 for magnets
£6 for stickers
This will be deducted directly from your Bolt account.
Please note: If you are onboarded remotely you will receive your first pair of signage free via post.
💂 Where is best to earn in London?
The busy streets of London offer plenty of opportunities for drivers to make money. Transportation hubs like Heathrow Airport and train stations such as Kings Cross, Euston, Waterloo, and Liverpool Street always offer a steady flow of passengers searching for a Bolt!
Other areas throughout the city, Soho & Covent Garden, Spitalfields & Shoreditch and the City of London centred around Bank also keep drivers busy.
Paddington and Marylebone in the west of the city always have high demand while places slightly further out such as Croydon, Greenwich, and Stratford are bustling with activity. No matter where you are in London, there's always an opportunity to earn with Bolt!
📍Where is the Bolt London Driver Hub?
You can visit the London Driver Hub to get help with anything Bolt related, this can be to do with uploading documents, changing vehicles or App queries. The Hub is open from 9:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
The Driver Hub is located at The Leather Market, 175 Long Lane, London SE1 4GT.
Parking is available at the NCP on Kipling Street, 3-min walk, or on-street parking is available on Leathermarket St, Guy St and Weston St, 2-min walk. Please be mindful of potential parking fees when planning your trip.

⚖️ Compliance reminder to all drivers
You can only accept private hire bookings from a licensed operator. Plying for hire poses a serious safety risk as you are not insured for the duration of a trip, it also means that there is no record of the trip or vehicle if an incident occurs. This can result in a fine, conviction, and the loss of your private hire driver’s licence.
Touting - approaching members of the public directly to offer them a ride is considered an offence. Please ensure you regularly familiarise yourself with your licensing providers' private hire driver and vehicle licence conditions.
Passengers can only pay for trips via the Bolt App. Bolt will take serious action against private hire drivers who request any cash payments from passengers.
