Welcome to the Bolt Driver Newsletter! Every month we will update you with the latest news, developments and changes to help you earn more, stay safe, and make the most out of your Bolt Driver App. This month's focus will be on Greater Manchester, but there is still something for everyone!
💸 Early cashout
Withdraw your earnings whenever you need them for a 50p flat fee. We usually send them to your bank account within 15 minutes of your request.
All you need to do is tap "Request cashout" in the Balance section of the Bolt Driver app.
Please note that you can request an early cashout maximum once a day. Also, to use this service, you must complete at least 25 rides.
🧽 How to request a cleaning fee
If a passenger makes a mess in your vehicle that is significant enough to require professional cleaning or they damage the vehicle, please ensure you do not confirm the price at the end of trip.
Report a problem with the price, and select “passenger made a mess or damage”. When prompted please attach three clear photos, with timestamps, of the mess created by the passenger.
When submitting the photos it is recommended to have a close-up photo and a zoomed out photo to show the mess in its entirety.
After submitting the photos, provide details about the ride, where and when it occurred and write a short description of how the mess was created.
You can proceed to have the mess cleaned. Please ensure you request a receipt with the following:
The name and details of the car cleaning company
The date
The services provided (i.e. car-cleaning) and the cost of service.
After all of the above has been submitted, Bolt will process your request to see if you are eligible for compensation.
