Earlier this month, we went to Milton Keynes, Peterborough, London, Manchester and Birmingham to meet with drivers and get your thoughts and feedback on what we can do to improve your experience with Bolt.
Here’s a look at a few of the suggestions we received in Milton Keynes

We’ve had over 250 suggestions across all the events so far and we're already working with our teams to implement them.

With the recent rollout of Bolt Boost, we’re actively listening to driver feedback to enhance the visibility of Holiday Pay Supplements. You can see these supplements displayed on your trip acceptance screen in real time.
Additionally, if you opt for instant payouts, you can also request your Holiday Pay Supplements. Stay tuned for more updates aimed at improving your driving experience! 💜
📹 Want CCTV for your vehicle?
Earlier this summer, Bolt introduced a new partnership offering affordable, user-friendly dash cameras designed for private hire drivers. This program addresses driver concerns about cost, installation, data management, and compliance with CCTV regulations. Check out our blog to see how you can equip your vehicle with CCTV.

If your council mandates vehicle signage, please make sure it is clearly displayed on your vehicle in accordance with your licence conditions.
