This extra step enhances safety and ensures smoother, hassle-free trips. Keep an eye out for pickup codes and enjoy a more secure driving experience!

XL Plus is now available across London and the West Midlands! This category is designed for passengers traveling with extra luggage, ensuring both comfort and ample boot space.
💰 How Can XL Plus Increase My Earnings?
Not all vehicles can fit up to 7 passengers and their luggage comfortably. That’s why XL Plus fares are higher than standard XL trips.

♿️ Exciting News: Bolt Accessibility Categories Are Coming Soon to London!
We are expanding our services to better serve riders with accessibility needs, and that means more earning opportunities for you 🚗💰. Soon, drivers in London will be able to drive with Bolt Assist and Bolt WAV, two new categories designed to provide safe and reliable rides for passengers who need extra assistance:
🔹 Bolt Assist
For riders who may need a little extra help such as seniors, people with mobility challenges, or those traveling with service animals. No special vehicle is required, just a willingness to assist passengers when needed.
🔹 Bolt WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle)
Designed for passengers who use wheelchairs or mobility aids. To drive in this category, you must have a licensed WAV vehicle that meets accessibility requirements.
Please note: These categories will only be available in London.

Starting Friday 28 February, between 12 and 4 p.m. according to hub opening days, grab your daily snack bag & water at your nearest driver hub to recharge after fasting (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Nottingham). Please also check for any scheduled closures.

⚖️ Compliance reminders for all drivers
You can only accept private hire bookings from a licensed operator. Plying for hire poses a serious safety risk as you are not insured for the duration of a trip, it also means that there is no record of the trip or vehicle if an incident occurs. This can result in a fine, conviction, and the loss of your private hire driver's licence.
Approaching people to offer your transport services is considered an offence.
Passengers can only pay for trips via the Bolt App. Bolt will take serious action against private hire drivers who request any cash payments from passengers.
