During the holiday period expect more road closures than usual. Keep up to date by checking your local council's website.
We expect very high demand during New Year's Eve especially from 5pm to 6am. Town centres, pubs and train stations are expected to be extremely busy. It's a great opportunity to be on the road.

⛔️ Important notice: Road restrictions in Birmingham
From December 2024, Birmingham City Council will be more actively enforcing restrictions around the Broad Street area. Further information from the council can be found here

You must at all times continue to follow your licence conditions set out in your Private Hire Driver and Vehicle conditions from your licensing authority.
Bolt places great importance on the acceptance of assistance animals. Please ensure you comply with your legal duty to accept assistance animals in your vehicle.
If your council mandates vehicle signage, please make sure it is clearly displayed on your vehicle in accordance with your licence conditions.
