Remember to check the App Store/Play Store regularly to ensure your driver app is up to date.
We regularly update the app with bug fixes to improve your experience and stop issues like freezing/crashing.
❌ Cancellation fees
Following on from last month's topic of Price Reviews, remember you can also use the price review system to request cancellation fees if they are not already added when a rider cancels an active trip.
On the price review screen, simply choose the option “Additional fees problem” and complete the request in the same way as other price reviews.

It is illegal to refuse service to passengers with assistance dogs (Unless you have a medical exemption, e.g. for severe allergies). Please ensure that you always accommodate passengers with assistance dogs by allowing them to choose their seats, avoiding distractions to the dog, and strictly adhering to all legal requirements.
Please always ensure that all passengers, including adults and children, are wearing seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
