🎉 Five Year Anniversary in London!
Last week we celebrated our fifth anniversary since launching in London in 2019! We’re proud to highlight that Bolt has been in the UK for 5 years. Earlier this month we held a celebratory event with a group of Bolt drivers who have driven with Bolt since the beginning.

📱Order Acceptance Screen
You can see what each section of the order acceptance screen is showing you:
The time and distance to the customer pick-up point
The full address of the pick up point and the number of any additional stops during the trip.
The address of the final destination, including the distance from the pick-up point to the final destination.
The category (Bolt, XL Executive etc.) and name and rating of the rider
The net price of the trip (this includes any toll fees, and additional fees you may be eligible for)
🕵🏻♂️ Lost-and-found guide for Peterborough council
If you cannot return the lost property to your passenger, please report the issue and drop the item off at your nearest Police Station within 24 hours.

🚀 Bolt is now live in North Tyneside, Sunderland and Gateshead!
We have expanded our services across the North East of the UK, meaning passengers can now take trips in North Tyneside, Sunderland and Gateshead. Drivers with licences from the following councils can now sign up and take trips with Bolt:

TfL licensing requirements for private hire drivers is changing.
