The Collect Waste feature is used to record and manage plant material that is removed during routine pruning, defoliation, or general plant maintenance. This ensures that all biological waste generated from cultivation activities is properly documented.

Record pruning waste immediately after collection.
Weigh accurately using a calibrated scale.
Maintain consistent records for all pruning and maintenance activities.

Navigate to the Cultivation tab.
Click the shortcuts menu in the top-right corner.
Select Collect Waste — the Collect Waste window will open.

Select Waste Type
Choose the type of waste being collected, typically Plant Waste.
Enter Weight
Input the total weight of material removed during pruning or maintenance.
The weight should reflect the actual amount of biological waste being discarded.
Save Record
Review the entry for accuracy.
Click Collect Waste to record the waste event.
The collected waste will generate a new item in the Bulk Inventory Room under Inventory > Current Inventory, refer to Tutorial 17: Destroy Inventory to learn how to destroy it.
