The Print Barcode function allows users to generate physical tags for inventory items or plants. These tags are essential for compliance, tracking, and traceability throughout cultivation, inventory, and sales processes.
Ensure that the correct item or plant is selected before printing to maintain compliance.
Printed barcodes should be securely attached to the corresponding plant or inventory item.
If multiple items are being printed, verify that quantities and labels match the items in the system.
Regularly inspect printed tags for legibility to avoid scanning errors.
⚠️ Barcode printing is part of the compliance workflow and should always be completed before moving, transferring, or selling inventory.
Navigate to Inventory → Current Inventory (or Cultivation for plants).
Locate the item or plant for which you want to print a barcode.
Click the arrow icon next to the item (or plant) to expand its options.
Select Print Barcode.
Confirm the selection of the item(s) for which the barcode will be printed.
The system will generate a printable tag including:
Barcode / Plant ID
Strain Name
Send the tag to a connected printer or save it for later printing.
