The Inventory window allows you to create and manage all inventory items within the system. This ensures your digital records accurately match your physical inventory for compliance and operational efficiency.
Ensure that the strain name, type, and quantities entered match your physical inventory exactly.
Always review entries before saving to avoid discrepancies in compliance reporting.
Use the Add feature when creating multiple inventory items in a single session for efficiency.
Reconcile inventory records regularly to maintain system accuracy.
Under shortcuts, click “XX Day Inventory”
The Create Inventory form will appear.
Enter the required information for each new item:
Strain Name — select the appropriate strain from the dropdown list.
Inventory Type — select the type of material (e.g., Flower, Trim, Shake, Seeds, Concentrate, etc.).
Quantity — enter the number of units or total amount of inventory being created.
Weight per Unit — for unit-based products, specify the weight of each individual unit (e.g., 3.5g, 1g, 0.5g).
After entering all required fields:
Click “Add” to add the item to the queue of items to be created, or
Click “Create” if you are only creating a single item.
Once created, the new inventory items will appear in the Inventory List and will be available for tracking, transfers, and adjustments.
