The Move to Inventory function is used to move plants from Cultivation into a stage where they can be manifested or sold to another licensed cultivation. This action does not generate an inventory item — it is strictly for compliance and sales transfer purposes.
Double-check your selections before performing a move to inventory, especially when using multi-plant selection.
Only move plants that are intended for sale or transfer to another licensed cultivation.
Keep accurate tagging and compliance records — any re-tagging must be documented.
Maintain transfer logs for all plants moved to inventory for regulatory traceability.
There are two ways to move plants to inventory:
Navigate to the Cultivation tab.
Enter the Room where the plants are located.
Select multiple plants by checking the boxes next to each plant you wish to move.
Click Move to Inventory from the available toolbar options.
Confirm the action when prompted.
All selected plants will be moved to the Inventory section for manifesting or sale.
Navigate to the Cultivation tab.
Enter the Room where the plant is located.
Locate the desired plant.
Click the arrow icon next to the plant to expand its options.
Select Move to Inventory.
Confirm the action when prompted.
The individual plant will then appear under Inventory, ready to be added to a transfer manifest.
Move to Inventory does not create any new inventory items.
The plant is simply reclassified so that it can be included in outgoing manifests to other cultivations or licensees.
Once moved, the plant will no longer appear in the Cultivation view.
If a plant was accidentally moved to inventory:
It cannot be directly returned to cultivation.
You will need to create a new plant record following Tutorial 6: Creating New Plants.
A new plant tag number will be generated.
The physical plant must be re-tagged with the new number to remain compliant.
